Full Time Senior Receptionist SR-TCH-0702Join our Team and be a part of Improving and Changing Peoples LivesWe require an experienced full time receptionist at the Tasmanian Centre for Hearing.
Duties will include the following:Welcome clients, manage enquiries, make appointmentsHave excellent communication skills with a clear speaking voice – especially on the phoneBe adaptable / flexible / good attention to detailExperience with electronic practice management softwareInvoicing & receipt of payments with daily bank reconciliationManaging stockTroubleshooting of hearing devices issuesTraining and Experience:In house training of industry specific skills will be provided.Experience with Allied Health or Medical Clinic would be an advantage but not essential
Remuneration:Remuneration commensurate with experience and responsibilities referencing the Allied Health Professionals Support Services Award
