Full Time Security Officer - Holmesglen InstituteAs one of Australia's leading security companies, with a national footprint across Australia, MSS Security has unrivalled experience in delivering the highest quality of service & protecting some of the nation's highest profile sites.
About the Role:MSS is seeking Security Officers to join the team at Holmesglen Institute, covering the Chadstone and Moorabbin campuses.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a visible security presence while staying alert and focused.
You'll be part of an enthusiastic, committed, and customer-oriented team dedicated to ensuring a safe environment for all campus visitors.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure the safety of property and the public.Monitor campus activities through control room operations.Manage incidents effectively and complete thorough reports.Perform risk assessments and provide outstanding customer service.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.Maintain logs and complete necessary paperwork using computer systems.Skills & Experience: Full Australian working rights.Current VIC Security Licence.Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations.Valid full Victorian driver's licence.Current First Aid and CPR certification.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster.Comfortable walking up to 15-25 km during a 12-hour shift.How to apply:MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
