As a Sales Assistant, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to provide a unique and memorable JD experience.
As a Sales Assistant you are responsible for, but not limited to:
Act as a brand ambassador, encompassing all things JD from product knowledge to tailored customer serviceAssist customers with all queries and process salesWork in collaboration with the wider Management and store team to achieve KPI's and targetsSupport wider team with ad hoc tasks, including VM set up, store cleanliness and presentation etc.Escalate any customer complaints to managementConsistently complete any mandatory training relevant to product, policy & procedure etcWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Customer service experience within retail, hospitality or like industryPassionate about sports fashionMaintains a positive can-do attitudeThrives in a fast paced, ever-changing environmentOpenly shares knowledge with the wider team to achieve common goalsAn ability to enthusiastically look at a challenge as an opportunity to develop yourself; your career and learn new skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills who thrives in social situations through engagement with customersFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needsWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
