Full Time Retail Team Leader - Darwin Airport

We are in search for a passionate individual who is looking for growth in a leadership role to join our News Travels/ Australian Way store at Darwin Airport.Your role as Team Leader will be to support the Store Manager with the daily operations of the store and lead your team by example to deliver an exceptional sales experience to our customers.What we are looking for:Minimum 2 years retail experience working in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills and personal presentationA drive to lead your team to achieve goals and targetHave a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering resultsA positive, energetic, and can-do attitudeChampion maturity, initiative, and a sense of urgencyFull work rights required to be considered for this positionAs we operate in a dynamic airport environment where our stores are constantly trading, the ability to work a rotating roster including weekends is essential.Who we are:Lagardere AWPL is the Pacific region's largest and most experienced Travel Retail operator.
