Full Time Restaurant Supervisor/Asst Mgr

Full Time Restaurant Supervisor/Asst Mgr Opal Cove Resort located in beautiful Coffs Harbour, is an upmarket Resort boasting a number of different room types, a large Conference Centre and up market Horizons Restaurant and Bar. We are looking for a senior Restaurant Supervisor / Asst Manager to lead and grow our team.
About the role This position is a full-time salaried position supporting the F & B Manager and Head Chef in the day to day operation.
You will be expected to run shifts independently. Evening and weekend shifts will be part of the role.
A knowledge of Swiftpos would be beneficial but not essential.
Hands-on mentoring and encouraging the team to ensure service levels are maintained to a high level is a must.
Must hold a current NSW RSA.
Skills and experience The successful applicant would ideally have:
Experience in a similar hands-on supervisory or management role in a restaurant environment. Hands-on experience supervising, training, and directing staff in a fast-paced environment. A passion for the Hospitality Industry with a positive attitude & great team player. Full working rights in Australia with fluent English. Basic barista, bar & cocktail knowledge would be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
