8am - 4pm Monday - Friday
About the role: 
PPM Collision is a smash repair center specializing in panel, paint and mechanical repairs. As the receptionist you will be the face of PPM and the main point of contact for customers and insurance providers. This role requires someone who can work autonomously and with minimal instruction once training is completed. 
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all clients are made to feel welcomeManage incoming phone calls from clients, brokers, insurance companies and transfer calls to other staff as required. Manage the drop off and pickup of vehiclesBook taxi's for clientsTaking payments when required either via eft or cash Updating all customers regarding the progress of their repairs Coordinating with the Workshop General Manager regarding daily updates for departures and arrivals You will need to work across multiple customer service management systems with great attention to detail and the ability to multi-taskAbout you:
You will have great attention to detail, excellent time management and the ability to multi-taskYou will be outgoing with a customer-focused personality You will be self motivated and a problem solver Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience using excel + outlook Experience in admin or reception is preferred but not a requirement Any front facing customer service experience is highly regarded Experience using IBODY SHOP, PARTS CHECK and/or REPX is highly advantageousIf you feel that you meet the above criteria and are committed to pursing a career in this industry please email a copy of your resume to [email protected]
