About the business Revive Clinics are multidisciplinary healthcare clinics established in Ashgrove since 2001 and West End since 2020. We provide a blend of physiotherapy, Clinical pilates,chiropractic, Exercise Physiology, gym based exercise programs and massage. Our clinics are boutique spaces where our team and our clients feel welcomed and cared for.
About the role These roles are for a full-time receptionists (min 30 hours per week up to 38 hours per week) to join our admin teams to support our therapists and instructors. Some evening (7 pm finish) and early morning (6.30 am start) work is required. You may occasionally be required to work between our 2 clinic locations and occasional Saturday mornings.

Skills and experience We are seeking someone who is experienced in front desk/reception work ideally in Health care. We would value a candidate with experience and knowledge of practice management software, processing of workcover, dva and medicare claims and assisting with day to day operations of an allied health clinic.

We are a clinic that places the client at the centre of care and being able to communicate well with and care for people is a pre-requisite.
