We have an exciting opening for a Full Time Practice Manager or Senior Administrator to join our Gold Coast clinic in Bundall.
About Us We're a well-regarded private physiotherapy practice with four established clinics. For over a decade, we've been experts in managing musculoskeletal conditions, and our unique approach helps speed up recovery times.
Our two primary services include musculoskeletal physiotherapy through M Physio - Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Australia , and the treatment of chronic headaches and migraines through our Gold Coast Headache and Migraine Clinic .

This diverse role involves engaging with patients, liaising with third-party organisations, and collaborating closely with our skilled clinicians and the executive management team.
Outstanding communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a team-focused environment.
What You'll Do Reception & Customer Service : Participate in and oversee reception operations, manage patient retention, uphold high standards of service, and monitor reception KPIs. Experience with practice management software (e.g., Nookal) and other cloud-based systems is a plus. Practice Development & Governance : Collaborate with leadership to boost productivity, improve processes, and support clinic operations. Patient & Community Services : Forge connections with community groups, liaise with GPs, handle patient feedback, and ensure an exceptional clinic experience. Human Resources : Oversee recruitment, training, 1-on-1 coaching, performance appraisals, payroll, and staff rosters. Financial Management : Manage financial systems, oversee cash handling, and allocate resources within the clinic budget. Marketing & PR : Assist with marketing plans, social media, surveys, and community outreach. Business Planning : Support strategic development and contribute to business goals. Asset & Facility Management : Maintain stock levels, equipment, and facility upkeep. Compliance & Safety : Ensure safety standards for equipment and consumables and maintain a clean, accessible clinic. Practice Maintenance : Keep the clinic environment tidy, safe, and professional. The Skills and Experience We're Seeking At least 3 years of experience in allied health or medical administration, with team leadership experience highly regarded. Tertiary qualifications in practice management, business management, health, or a related field are a plus. Professional, personable, and well-presented. Strong commitment to confidentiality. Proficiency with computers. Ability to take initiative, manage time well, and multitask in a dynamic environment. A positive, growth-focused attitude with a willingness to embrace change.
