About The Role… You will be required to work in a fast paced high volume commercial kitchen across a variety of catering options.
Your key focus will be contributing to an efficient, innovative and excellent dining experience for our members, guests and visitors.
Duties/responsibilities Include: Working cooperatively in a team environmentDaily preparation of food which may include any of our restaurants or special functionsDisplaying a Can Do attitudeMaintaining respectful relationships with your colleaguesContributing positively towards C.ex culture & goalsAvailable to work nights, weekends and split shiftsAdherence to all C.ex standards, policies and procedures including compliance with WH&S and legal obligationsWorking closely with our Head and Sous Chefs to contribute to the design of new menus with area of experience.Salary range: $70,000 - $75,000 depending on experience.
