The Position We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Pastry cook to join our talented team.
The ideal candidate will bring a passion for pastry and dessert-making, with knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
While we offer comprehensive training, prior experience in a fast-paced, similar environment will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake inclusions and create ripples for our gelato range.
Assemble, decorate, and prepare gelato cakes and inserts.
Craft chocolate decorations and other elements to enhance our gelato products.
Collaborate closely with the head chef to support all daily kitchen operations.
Ensure compliance with current HACCP guidelines and food safety programs.
Maintain productivity and quality in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications & Experience Minimum certificate IV in Patisserie or equivalent qualification.
At least 2 years of experience working as a pastry cook or in a similar dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong time management skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to uphold high standards of quality and consistency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to contribute positively to our team culture.
