We are looking for an experienced Dermal Therapist (with Dermaviduals experience being highly regarded). This is a rare opportunity to welcome a fresh therapist to join our Aestheticá family. Qualifications & experience Cert III or higher Dermal Science / Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)Minimum of 4 years of Dermal Clinician experience in creating and implementing personalised skin treatment programs. A sound knowledge of Dermaviduals skin care range highly regarded but not essential as training can be provided for the right candidate.Experience with Exceed skin needling device and Observ Advanced Skin Analysis equipment highly regarded but not essential as training can be provided for the right candidate.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and proven problem-solving skillsCommitted to ongoing professional and personal development within the businessManagement/ co-ordinator experience highly regarded.Tasks & responsibilities Provide bespoke skin and facial treatments using extensive Dermaviduals product knowledge to tailor treatments to each individual client.Perform basic lash and brow treatments.Provide visual skin consultations or in-depth skin consultations using the Observ Skin Analysis machine and implement Dermaviduals prescription-based skin care protocols for clients with ongoing maintenance and care.Perform treatments such as Exceed skin needling, brow lamination, lash lift, facial treatments + more.Keep detailed records of client notes and prescriptions for future reference.Co-ordinate team, rosters, and client management.Capability to assist with tasks to support the management team & business.Discounts, ongoing training and development, beautiful working environment.Flexible hours for the right candidate with manageable work/life balance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
