The role is responsible for providing a high level of technical service across our three sites to ensure that all premises and equipment are maintained at optimum levels for the safety of patrons and employees.
Duties/responsibilities include: Providing maintenance support across all 3 C.ex ClubsMaintaining a schedule of preventative maintenance to ensure optimum efficiency & operations of all buildings and equipmentRecommending and providing feedback on equipment improvements and work practicesAssisting with daily maintenance as required in areas such as refrigeration, air-conditioning, plumbing, emergency & fire detection systems.Completing and processing reports and paperwork in a timely mannerWorking cooperatively in a team environmentDisplaying a "Can Do" attitudeMaintaining respectful relationships with your colleagues and customers.Adherence to all C.ex standards, policies and procedures including compliance with WHS and governing legislationThe successful applicant will need to be a team player who shares the C.ex Values:
