The role is responsible for providing a high level of technical service across our three sites to ensure that all premises and equipment are maintained at optimum levels for the safety of patrons and employees.Duties/responsibilities include:Providing maintenance support across all 3 C.ex ClubsMaintaining a schedule of preventative maintenance to ensure optimum efficiency & operations of all buildings and equipmentRecommending and providing feedback on equipment improvements and work practicesAssisting with daily maintenance as required in areas such as refrigeration, air-conditioning, plumbing, emergency & fire detection systems.Completing and processing reports and paperwork in a timely mannerWorking cooperatively in a team environmentDisplaying a "Can Do" attitudeMaintaining respectful relationships with your colleagues and customers.Adherence to all C.ex standards, policies and procedures including compliance with WHS and governing legislationThe successful applicant will need to be a team player who shares the C.ex Values:Integrity, Respect, Precision, AdventurousAs well as possessing the following personal attributes:Excellent communications skillsAbility to work within a teamProven record of punctuality & reliability with an outstanding work ethicExceptional personal presentationAbility to use initiative to work efficiently with minimum supervision and at times juggling multiple tasksObserve confidentialityDisplays a high level of careThe successful applicant would ideally hold the following skills and experience:Recognised trade qualificationMinimum of 5 years experience (highly desirable)A general understanding & working knowledge of air conditioning & refrigeration systems (highly desirable)Working knowledge of current BCA requirements & Australian StandardsExperience in the service & repairs of commercial catering equipment (highly desirable)Experience and knowledge of plumbing.Computer Literate- Microsoft ProductsA proven track record of demonstrating safe work practicesNumeracyHow to Apply:Please complete the requested work history and education information on the application page, including any relevant certificates or licenses.You are required to submit a cover letter addressing the above criteria and a reason why we should consider you for the advertised role.Your resume is also required to assist us in assessing your suitability for this role.
