We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our client's household in Greenvale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organised, and well-kept home, cooking simple recipes, running grocery errands, and caring for one baby.
The candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing various household tasks to meet the standards of our client's home and the client is looking for someone who can help create a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for the child.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and tidy home, including daily cleaning, laundry, and organizing spaces.Organize and maintain household items to ensure a tidy and clutter-free environment along with deep cleaning when required.Prepare meals and snacks for the family, considering dietary needs, following easy-to-follow recipes provided by the client.Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are clean and organized after meals.Provide attentive care for a newborn, including feeding, diaper changes, and soothing.Establish and follow a consistent routine for sleep and feeding.Engage in gentle activities to promote early development as the baby grows.Additional Support: Plan and execute grocery shopping based on a list provided by the client.Ensure groceries are stored properly and manage the inventory of household supplies.Help create a safe and loving atmosphere for the child.Qualifications: Experience with childcare, particularly with babies, is highly desirablePrevious experience as a housekeeper and nanny, particularly with newborns.Knowledge of infant care and safe practices.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.A nurturing and patient attitude with a genuine love for children.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Reliable and trustworthy with a high level of integrity.Multitasking abilities and Good communication skills.Must be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and a Police Check.Working Hours: Full-time, with flexibility for occasional weekends or evenings as required.
