We are a growing SaaS company based in Brisbane, Australia, developing software that addresses the challenges of managing wind turbine construction projects.
Our platform solves key industry issues like fragmented processes, poor data visibility, and cost overruns.
As we prepare for growth, we are seeking a talented Full-Time Head of Sales to drive lead generation, build our pipeline, and nurture relationships to support our sales efforts.

Role Overview
We're looking for a Full-Time Head of Sales who can take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to product demonstrations and closing deals.
We are looking for an experienced and independent 'hunter' who thrives in a fast-paced, agile scale-up environment and is adept at selling to both Global Wind Industry Developers and OEM's.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative business strategies to enhance market penetration and identify new growth opportunities.
Drive lead generation and pipeline development through market analysis, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring a seamless and effective process that maximises client satisfaction and revenue.
Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
Coordinate with customer support and technical teams to ensure smooth integration and transition for new clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and exploring opportunities for further integration of Zendit's offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, Customer Success) to align efforts and drive business growth.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
Represent Zendit at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience in a similar role in B2B SaaS with a proven track record of successful sales target achievements and business development.
Proven experience managing and growing a sales pipeline, utilising both incoming marketing leads and out-of-the-box techniques to hunt new opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with evidence of building strong internal and customer relationships.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
A driven, results-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a high-growth start-up to scale-up environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (HubSpot preferred).
A strong team player mindset, with the ability to work independently.
