By practicing the belief that people matter and consistently delivering best practice wealth services, we continue to exceed client expectations and expand organically.Due to substantial growth of the business over the last 12 months, we are seeking an experienced, solution-focused individual to join our Home Lending Team in our Bundall office to work with our existing 4,000+, and growing client base.ABOUT YOUPrevious experience working with Mortgage Managers or experience in loan writing/loans processing with a multitude of different lenders is highly desirable.Capacity to fully assess client's capacity, structure, and to manage the loan application process from submission to settlement.Liaise with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure timely and accurate completion of loan files.Knowledge in SMSF lending is also highly desirable.Ability to handle high volumes.Product Knowledge – ongoing training.Good grasp of NCCP requirements.Ability to provide exceptional customer service experience in a professional setting.Problem-solving skills and the ability to follow processes and procedures.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Attention to detail and capability to deliver exceptional administrative support.Must have the proven ability to work as a supportive team member, but also to work well individually.Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking is desirable, or willing to undergo training for Certificates.Successful applicants will need to pass police & credit checks.THE REWARDSCompetitive salary package.Extremely supportive team and company culture.Genuine opportunity to make the position your own.Great training and support throughout.Have the capacity to effectively work from home when/if required after passing probationary periods.
