THE ROLE This is a fantastic full time opportunity to join our highly successful eCommerce team, as an eCommerce Customer Service & Sales Support Associate.
Reporting to the eCommerce Support Manager, you will work alongside our dedicated eCommerce Support team who will support with training and guidance as you build your confidence to answer inquiries.
Key responsibilities: Driving eCommerce sales through exceptional customer service Providing administrative support for the Beacon Lighting Group websites and Trade Club Working in a Beacon Lighting store for your first 2 weeks to gain a hands-on experience with our products and then in the office until you feel capable of working autonomously ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: Previous experience in retails sales and customer service (preferred) Strong communication skills with the confidence to sell products over the phone A moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) Motivated team player with proven ability to work to a deadline Great problem-solving skills and a knack for resolving issues Able to think on your feet and suggest solutions Equally happy to work autonomously as within a team BENEFITS To reward you for your efforts, we offer a competitive salary package, paid birthday leave and well-being days, generous product discounts, and the opportunity to purchase shares through the Beacon Lighting share scheme.
