THE ROLEReporting to the Group Inventory Planning and Quality Manager, we currently have an opportunity for a Full Time Demand Planner to join the Planning Team at our Store Support Centre located in Derrimut.
The purpose of this position is to manage the investment in inventory for assigned categories, whilst keeping within stock budgets and open to buy.
Additionally, to analyse product performance in store, looking for continual improvements in sales, stock turns, and in stock position.
Key responsibilities include:Ensure categories are achieving their commitments to in stock ratiosEnsure integrity in the stock management processesBuild, manage, and analyse store stock replenishment, utilising demand/forecasting systemLiaise with a wide variety of stakeholders, including Store Managers and Category Managers to ensure that all their requirements are met from an inventory management perspectiveSet up new store orders and stock levels to ensure a smooth store openingEnsure appropriate stocks are in stores for promotional campaigns, including for winter and summer catalogue range changesEnsure products are allocated correctly and new items are put on replenishment in a timely mannerControl inventory levels on items (managing Category OTB)ABOUT YOUTo be successful in the role you will have:
