Some of the specifics Telstra Store Chadstone- Shop B103 Chadstone Shopping Centre 1341 Dandenong Road, Chadstone VIC 3148Full Time Position AvailableStore Hours: Monday- Wednesday 9:00am-5:30pm, Thursday- Friday 9:00am-9:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-7:00pm and Sunday 10:00am-5:00pm Duties Provide quality customer service to all customersMaximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.Achieve sales and performance targetsEnsure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards Skills and experience Experience in a customer facing roleProven record of delivering great customer experiencesAbility to solve complex problemsEffective communication skillsPrevious experience in a customer facing environment is highly advantageous!
