We are now looking for a Full Time Counter Manager – for leading luxury brand M.A.C . who will lead our fabulously talented and dedicated M.A.C Cosmetics team of Retail Make-up Artists in our Amuse Beauty Studio located in Canberra Airport . You will demonstrate commitment, leadership skills and professionalism to support the Store Manager with the day-to-day management and overall effective performance of the store.
This is a busy role where you will be expected to lead and coach your team, ensuring they exceed customer expectations and deliver an unforgettable M.A.C brand experience. You will work closely with your team to collaborate, support and share ideas, contributing to sales success and repeat business.
To be operationally effective in this unique and sought after role, you will need: Demonstrate solid retail/ hospitality operational experience and people management skills Demonstrated ability to achieve sales results and provide excellent customer service Passionate about makeup and beauty services Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills Natural ability to coach, develop and motivate the team Champion maturity, initiative, and a sense of urgency Make-up Artistry qualification (desirable but not mandatory) and a real passion for M.A.C as a brand To be considered for this great role where you will have the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life, you must be available and willing to work a rotating roster that will incorporate early mornings, late nights and weekends.
