Key Responsibilities Cooking and serving of customer meals to order Daily food preparation, plating & packing orders Cleaning and maintenance of cooking and food preparation areas Setup or shutdown of kitchen Assistance with daily stock take and rotation of stock General kitchen duties where required Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment as well as good knowledge of food safety/compliance and a current Food Safety supervisor certificate is necessary.
