About the Role: As a Full-Time Chef, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality meals, showcasing local produce, and creating a memorable dining experience for hotel guests. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menu offerings.Use fresh, local ingredients to create innovative dishes reflecting the region's produce.Ensure kitchen operations are efficient, organized, and comply with food safety regulations.Assist with inventory management and stock control.Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment at all times.Manage and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and fostering team collaboration.Contribute to the overall food and beverage strategy to enhance the guest experience.What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen (preferably within a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting).Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.A passion for creating high-quality, seasonal dishes.Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Relevant qualifications in culinary arts or hospitality (preferred).Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.Why Join Us?
