Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients in finding their dream prom or formal dress.Style customers based on their body type and preferences, recommending our exclusive and latest arrivals.Provide support in fitting rooms, ensuring customers feel confident and well-guided.Drive sales by consistently meeting daily targets and contributing to the overall success of the store.Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and customer service.Steam and prepare incoming stock while accurately processing orders.Use Mac computers for managing sales, inventory, and customer orders.Participate in photoshoots and contribute to our social media presence (optional but encouraged).Follow sales processes and scripts as trained by the Manager.Perform general cleaning duties to ensure a welcoming and pristine environment. Full-Time Role: Minimum 2 years' experience in Women's Fashion Retail (formal wear/bridal preferred).Set hours from Tuesday to Saturday each week, providing consistency and stability.Casual Role: Minimum 1 year of experience in Women's Fashion Retail, with flexible hours scheduled on a weekly roster that includes every Saturday.
