Full Time Butcher

Duties are described below but not limited to; 1. Removing bones, cutting, mincing, and grinding the meat for sale. 2. Operating the food/meat machines to make minced meat or sausages. 3. Perform customer service skills to ensure customer needs are met. 4. Cut and place the meat in proper size to display in the shelf. 5. Prepare the marinated, seasoned, salted meat for sale. 6. Provide suggestions to customers while selecting the meat, e.g.: size and use of cuts, how to cook, etc. 7. Clean the meet shelf, machine and tools and ensure the food hygiene practices in the working environment. 8. Put the meat in the proper storage places before shop close. 9. Complete the job tasks assigned by shop manager. To be successful in this role you will have; A minimum of 3 years experience within the poultry industry. Have knowledge of Food safety & Animal welfare guidelines. Display good leadership and team building skills. Be able to co-ordinate and engage with employees on the production floor
