Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista Allrounder to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, crafting gluten-free treats, and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers.
Assist in the preparation of gluten-free pastries, sweets, and meals, ensuring the highest quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations.
Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and answering questions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a delightful customer experience.
Uphold health and safety standards in food preparation and handling.
Assist with other duties as needed, including inventory management and cleaning.
Opening Tasks:
Prepare the café for the day, including setting up the coffee station and ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
Ensure all necessary supplies (coffee beans, milk, pastries, etc.)
are stocked and ready for service.
Clean and organize the café area, including countertops, tables, and restrooms.
Closing Tasks:
Clean and sanitize the café at the end of the day, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning coffee machines, and washing dishes.
Ensure all equipment is turned off and properly stored.
Restock supplies for the following day and ensure the café is ready for opening.
Dispose of waste and maintain overall cleanliness.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Must be available to work on a rotating roster, with weekend availability being a requirement.
