Role Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious, sales-driven leader to support the Store Manager in achieving personal and store sales targets and KPIs at SALE. You will demonstrate leadership skills by coaching Team Members and delivering impeccable customer service.

Experience in supervising, inspiring, and leading a high-performing team Proven track record of achieving personal and store sales targets and KPIs Ability to provide memorable customer service experiences Passion for merchandising and stock management in a busy sales environment Demonstrated ability to coach and provide feedback to Team Members Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve KPIs and sales targets Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences Coach and train Team Members to become top performers Maintain high standards of stock management and shrinkage control Merchandise products in line with promotional guidelines Handle operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, and retail administration Why Work With Us:
