We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join our team as a Full-Time Allocator/Admin Assistant. Position Overview: As a Full-Time Allocator/Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for efficiently scheduling and dispatching our fleet of concrete pumps to various job sites. Additionally, you will assist with basic health and safety reporting, onboarding of employees onto new projects, and ensure compliance with maintenance requirements. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and dispatch concrete pumping equipment to job sites in an efficient and timely manner. Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and drivers to ensure smooth operations. Monitor and track the status of ongoing projects and adjust schedules as needed. Assist with maintaining health and safety reporting. Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules for all equipment. Keep records of maintenance and safety inspections. Assist in the onboarding of staff and equipment on new and existing projects. Communicate effectively with all team members to address any issues or changes in the schedule. Qualifications: Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or logistics is preferable but we are also willing to train a keen and motivated candidate for the role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations. Familiarity with maintenance compliance for heavy equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using scheduling/maintenance software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
