Full Time Aged Care Physiotherapist – Kingscliff Nsw

Jasda Care (J. S. Riley Physiotherapy Pty Ltd) is a leading provider of aged care physiotherapy services across NSW.
Due to increased workload and new work contract, we are currently seeking multiple full-time Physiotherapists to provide pain & mobility physio services to aged care residents throughout New South Wales, primarily in Kingscliff NSW.
We require applicants to have at least 2 years of experience.
Salary $75,000 - $80,000 + super depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Pain management by exercise, massage & therapies, application of heat & cold, and radiation therapies as required.
Treatments to improve joint mobility, reduce pain, enhance blood circulation, muscle strengthening, and general mobility.
Document the treatment and follow-up process.
Conduct a thorough clinical assessment for each resident as per facility requirements.
Develop individually tailored assessment and care plans, selecting and executing appropriate physiotherapy treatment.
Consult with appropriate staff, carers, medical practitioners, and family members in the best interests of the residents.
Review all residents, at a minimum interval of three months or as per individual facility requirements.
Educate, mentor, supervise, and train junior colleagues.
Provide strength, prevention & balance training.

Prerequisites:

AHPRA Registration to work as a Physiotherapist.
Minimum 2 years of recent full-time experience.
Positive can-do attitude.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Passionate about aged care with proven experience (preferred).
Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential.
