Join our Financial Risk technology team in building Credit Risk systems that support all businesses across Macquarie Group. We are embarking on a Credit Risk Transformation program that aims to build a new system to support all core Credit Risk activities such as rating and reviewing our counterparties, managing limits, position monitoring, and portfolio monitoring at various levels.

What role will you play?As Full Stack Engineer, you will be hands on in building greenfield web apps and a variety of digital experiences that scale, while uplifting dev experience with strong focus on CI/CD and bringing in other key aspects of XP like TDD, Pair programming, code refactoring.
You will help build out API first services with key focus on scale, security and robustness, contribute to the ongoing evolution of our platform design and tool chain, in addition to designing and implementing high quality products that are thoroughly tested while maintaining enhancements to the existing code base. Your responsibilities will include building automated testing as part of end-to-end delivery and working with Product Owners and business stakeholders to recommend technology solutions.
What you offerExperience with Angular/React, NodeJS, Typescript, HTML 5, CSS frameworksExperience with unit, API, front end and integration testing. A good working knowledge of test libraries like Jest, React testing library, Supertest and moreExperience with containerisation through DockerGood working exposure to AWS and bonus points for K8 experienceExperience in performance tuning and designing with SQLExposure working in a cross functional team, especially working alongside UX designers to help build out the best possible outcomes for the end user.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
