What you do: As a Full-Stack Developer, you will work as part of a cross-functional technology team, providing thought leadership and technical guidance to ensure our platforms meet the highest quality standards and are fit for purpose.
You will contribute to the architecture and design of complex, scalable systems, ensuring reliability and maintainability are core attributes of our platforms.
Additionally, you will be accountable for building products that align with our technology strategy and product roadmaps, including making collaborative decisions on technology stack, design patterns, and overall technical strategy within your domain.
As a practitioner-level digital software engineer, you will leverage your technical expertise to analyse software engineering and development practices, driving practice maturity and capability enhancement across the organisation.
This role is ideal for an experienced development practitioner with proven commercial experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex systems.
You will play a pivotal role in our company-wide digital transformation initiative.

Required: Skills: Frontend Development: 4+ years with Next.js, strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React ecosystem skills; experience in Storybook, Figma, reusable components, Micro Frontend Architecture, and responsive design.Backend Development: Node.js expertise, server-side technologies (Express, Node.js), RESTful API and GraphQL development, and database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).System Design: Experience in scalable system architecture, creating diagrams, distributed systems, and design patterns.AWS DevOps: Extensive AWS experience (Amplify, EC2, S3, Lambda), CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Docker/Kubernetes, IaC, and monitoring (CloudWatch).Testing: Skilled in testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha) and end-to-end testing (Cypress, Puppeteer).Version Control and Collaboration: Proficient in Git, GitHub Actions, and project management tools (JIRA, Trello).Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, autonomy, communication, work ethic, and dedication to learning. Desirable: Knowledge of GraphQL, Java, PHP, hybrid delivery models, regulated industry experience, Agile/Scrum familiarity.
