About the RoleLiebherr is at the forefront of innovation and cutting-edge solutions in the mining industry, and we are seeking a passionate, experienced Full Stack Software Developer to join our growing dynamic team. This role will design, implement and maintain front-end and back-end components of our Fleet Management System and other Technology Products. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a passion for developing high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with a global team, working across multiple time zones, to ensure products meet technical specifications and are delivered within projected milestones.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of Central Control Systems and related applications.Utilize React JS, TypeScript, CSS, C#.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Rest-API to build scalable software solutions.Implement microservice containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.Ensure system integration aligns with best practices and meets overall architecture goals.Create and manage work packages, adhering to agile development methodologies.Interpret technical procedures, manuals, schematics, part drawings, assembly drawings, component/system specifications, and governmental regulations.Lead and participate in change management processes to ensure successful implementation of new technologies and systems.Foster a collaborative team environment, coaching and developing team members.Maintain high standards of quality management and continuous improvement in software development practices.About YouBachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.A minimum combined 5 years' experience in front-end and back-end development of large-scale software applications.Specific development experience with fleet management and/or autonomous haulage systems is highly desirable.Ability to travel internationally.Desirable Qualifications:Master of Engineering or a postgraduate-level qualification in management and leadership.Required Skills and Competencies:Deep understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.Extensive experience in front-end and back-end software development for large-scale software applications.Proven ability to analyse existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement.Experience with microservice architectures and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Strong understanding of system integration concepts and best practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both technical and non-technical.Experience with work package creation and software project management methodologies.Ability to follow instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.Proficiency in change management and risk management.BenefitsAt Liebherr Australia, we're committed to looking after you, with some great benefits including (but not limited to):Global Company – Job StabilityDevelopment and career progression opportunitiesGenerous employee benefits, including 5 days bonus leave days, paid parental leave, early access to LSLCorporate Health Insurance DiscountGenerous discounts for goods & services via our employee benefits program inc.
