BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience recruiting for mid-senior level talent.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education.
The ability to execute comprehensive recruiting strategies, from employer branding to candidate management and interview process optimization.
Robust analytical capabilities to create, measure, and scale efficient workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
