The Role: This brand new position will see you playing a hands on pivotal role in the smooth day to day running of the business, whilst also being responsible for the building and implementing of procedural and process improvements in conjunction with the Operations Manager. Your role will cover various departments including IT, Purchasing, Sales Reporting, Logistics and Warehouse Management.
Responsibilities: Analyzing the current operational procedures and identifying areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Managing multiple process improvement projects simultaneously and providing ongoing support to staff. Work closely with various departments to understand workflows, identify issues and recommend changes to improve efficiency. After implementation, you will be responsible for training staff on new processes and ensuring that changes are implemented smoothly and effectively. Skills Required: We are seeking a process driven candidate with the following skills:
Proven experience in a similar Operations / Process Improvement implementation role. Strong working practical knowledge of Australian WHS, process improvement best practices and compliance. Exceptional people and communication skills. Ability to train, lead and coach staff and work collaboratively with in house departments. Strong business and commercial acumen. Previous IT and strong distribution/logistics knowledge advantageous. In Return You will have the opportunity to grow with our client, based on your success.
