ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboardingCollaborate with clients to thoroughly understand their hiring needs and company cultureSource candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and networkingScreen and assess candidates through resume reviews, interviews, and skill evaluationsFacilitate interview processes between candidates and clients, including scheduling and feedback collectionNegotiate offer details and manage the offer letter process for final candidatesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment management system and provide regular reportsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldProven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the online media industryStrong understanding of recruitment processes and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidatesAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentProficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcingStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficientlyBenefitsThe opportunity to work from the comfort of your home.
