Alongside the wines, the estate offers an exquisite culinary journey, crafting an authentic and memorable Tasmanian food and wine experience.Job DescriptionThe Fulfilment and Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfilment, inventory control, and timely dispatch of goods.
This role is key in maintaining seamless supply chain operations and providing excellent customer service through accurate and prompt delivery.ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfilment:Receive and respond to all purchase orders, both external and internal.Manage sales order processing, including invoicing, customer communication, and follow-ups.Prepare and coordinate export documentation in compliance with industry and regulatory standards.Warehouse Operations & Logistics:Coordinate with suppliers for incoming shipments, and manage unloading and storage.Perform warehouse forklift operations, including receiving and dispatching goods, picking and packing, and maintaining warehouse space, cleanliness and racking.Liaise with couriers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.Optimise shipping processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.Inventory Management:Assist with inventory management, including stock level monitoring, allocations, and reporting.Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems.Procure and monitor packaging materials required for order fulfilment.Safety & Compliance:Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with safety and quality assurance standards.Ensure all standard operating procedures, safety and compliance policies are adhered to.Qualifications3 years of work experience in a relevant field or industry.Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the FMCG / retail industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in record-keeping and documentation.The benefits are good too!An exclusive discount card for our ALH Hotels (pubs & accommodation), BWS, Dan Murphy's and other Endeavour Group brands.As a valued member of the team, your health and wellbeing is our top priority.Endeavour Group is full of opportunities - use our dedicated learning and development options to grow an idea, yourself, and your career.At Endeavour, we value being a workplace where everyone's welcome - if you meet a number of the requirements (and not all), we encourage you to apply.Additional InformationWith a portfolio that includes Dan Murphy's, BWS, ALH Hotels, Pinnacle Drinks and more, Endeavour Group is big on sociability.
