The Role As Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of securing high-value, retainer-based contracts and cultivating lasting relationships with prominent clients. Working closely with internal teams, you'll develop tailored solutions, drive revenue growth, and position the agency as a leader in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing.
Pitch bespoke creative and technology solutions to medium and large enterprises.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including CMOs and senior marketing leaders.
Conduct market research to identify trends and refine sales strategies.
Lead and contribute to bid and tender processes for high-value projects.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and handover to account managers.

What Success Looks Like Securing long-term client partnerships with Tier 2 and Tier 3 businesses.
Achieving and exceeding revenue and KPI targets within the first 6–12 months.
Demonstrating strategic thinking and self-sufficiency in business development efforts.
Contributing to a vibrant pipeline that fuels sustainable growth for the agency.
About You Proven success in business development within marketing, creative, or similar environments.
A strong network of industry contacts within retail, FMCG, or hospitality.
Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Solid understanding of marketing, design, and digital content creation.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Pipedrive and tools such as Sales Navigator.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
