We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Recovery/PACU team with Full-time positions. Work to suit your lifestyle with a supportive team. You will play a key role within a supportive team in ensuring high levels of patient care are provided. As a Registered Nurse – Recovery/PACU, your responsibilities will include: Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to deliver patient care Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end-of-life needs Led successful quality improvement and safety management project/s to deliver desired outcomes Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs Act as a role model for Safe Practice About the Company The hospital is a private not-for-profit 98 bed hospital. It offers a range of specialties including ENT Surgery, general medicine, neurosurgery, opthalmology, orthopaedic surgery, paediatric surgery and plastic & reconstructive surgery. The hospital is equipped with 8 operating theatres, a dedicated paediatric day stay unit and a level 2 critical care unit.
