Responsibilities:Maintain storage areas, clean and store equipment.Store and clean china, glassware, pots, and pans as per kitchen procedures, keep areas clean and organized, and dispose of broken or damaged equipment.Demonstrate a sound awareness of WH&S policies and procedures.Comply with all cleaning requirements as per schedule for all kitchen areas & complete kitchen cleaning schedule daily.Understand the safe application and usage of detergents, sanitisers, and disinfectants.Wear non-slip shoes at all times. PPE to be worn when cleaning ovens, grills, and fryers.
