This role is perfect for those looking to work in a dynamic environment and are interested in specialising in Breast, Obstetrics and / or Gynaecology procedures.Our clinics are filled with high performing teams with continuous learning and development opportunities.You will be supported with up-to-date equipment within a modern clinical setting.Our Sonographers are responsible for the high-quality imaging that our community trusts us to deliver.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, and teammates.Provide responsive, accurate, and timely diagnosis for optimal delivery of results with excellent customer service provisions.Ability to prioritize a busy workload and work effectively both independently and within a team.Work with clinic teams to identify and proactively deliver on the Health & Safety framework.Provide feedback to other members of the clinic and operational teams to help identify training and development needs.Collaborate with National Ultrasound Leader, Site Chief and / or Regional Manager on growth initiatives for the clinic.Selection CriteriaAppropriate tertiary qualifications in Medical Imaging.Hold and maintain current registration with ASAR as well as a completion of an ASAR accredited course.Hold and maintain annual liability insurance through the ASA, or equivalent provider.A value-driven attitude and work ethic.Strong interpersonal and communication skills that will allow you to thrive in our team-oriented environment.We OfferA dynamic team environment.Attractive remuneration and benefits.Paid Parental Leave.Potential for growth.Commitment to professional development and education.Flexible and supportive working arrangements.About UsWe are part of the Capitol Health community, a national network of community-based medical imaging clinics including the brands: Capital Radiology, Future Medical Imaging Group, Fowler Simmons Radiology, Imaging Olympic Park, Radiology Tasmania, and Women's Imaging.
