As a Store Manager, you will:
Lead and inspire your team to create a positive and safe workplace culture Coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding customer service Drive operational efficiency to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability Champion workplace health and safety, ensuring compliance and best practices Manage budgets and KPIs effectively to deliver exceptional business outcomes About You
To excel in this role, you will bring:
Demonstrated success in a senior retail management position, overseeing a large team (30+ as a minimum) Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a dynamic retail environment Strong understanding of retail operations and a commitment to achieving KPIs and budgets Effective organisational and time management skills A passion for creating a safe and inclusive workplace Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts Why Join Our Client?
