The Role
As a senior baker, the role will involve supporting all bakery operations, including recipe development, quality control, and menu shaping.
Strong kitchen supervision skills are essential to ensure inventory management, demand forecasting, and local ingredient sourcing are performed efficiently and sustainably.
Your expertise will ensure that all retail and wholesale goods meet the high-quality standards of the venue.
Skills and Experience
