About the Role: As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing pre-construction activities for residential projects.
From planning and scheduling to liaising with clients, architects, and the construction team, your expertise will help set the stage for seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate pre-construction activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to review plans and specifications.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Oversee procurement processes for materials and services.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Analyse sales data and market trends to support strategy refinement.
What You'll Bring: Proven experience in project or pre-construction coordination.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Sound knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
Exceptional communication skills and a knack for building strong stakeholder relationships.
