Landscaping Team Leader - High end residential Up to $100k p.a. + up to $5k relocation
About the Role Our client is seeking a qualified landscape Team Leader and Project Supervisor in Margaret River W.A. We are open to different trade backgrounds: carpentry, bricklayer, or any trades relevant to the work will be considered, provided you can demonstrate tenure in landscaping, supervising, and servicing high-end residential clients.
Tasks, Responsibilities and Requirements Lead a small team on jobsites. Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality and within a set time-frame. Awareness and application of correct OH&S procedures is essential. Ideally, you will have a Cert III in Landscape Construction; this is not essential though. Possess a white card, which is essential. Skills & Experience You will be experienced in all aspects of landscaping: paving, brickwork, retaining walls, timber decks/gates/screening, plant set out, and installation. Experience assisting in planning, scheduling, and the management of projects is a must. Possess the skills to liaise with clients and customers in a professional manner. Looking for landscape-specific experience such as irrigation, paving, machinery experience, etc. Be well presented to represent the company.
