How You'll Shine As a Front Office Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following day-to-day operation of the front desk:
Greeting and registering of owners and guestsProviding information to local area attractionsCompletion of all department related paperworkAppointment setting for our sales operationsUsing all communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles, and computersPerforming additional duties to assist the Front Office SupervisorWhat You'll Bring To be successful in this role, you will be:
Previous experience within a similar hotel positionGenuine passion for customer service and the local areaExcellent communicator with strong interpersonal skillsEnthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individualImmaculate presentation and professional grooming standardsHigh levels of computer literacyPrevious experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera etc.)
advantageousAbility to recognize and solve problems in the workplaceAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.Ability to work rostered shifts from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm.
