As a Front Office Supervisor at The Darling Hotel, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of luxury hospitality, working alongside a dedicated team of professionals in our iconic and prestigious property. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the Front Office Operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and the hotel team.
A few of your responsibilities: Leading, motivating, and engaging our Front Office Agents to continuously deliver five-star serviceEnsure the professional and efficient operations of the Front Office teamRespond to guest feedback and implement changes to prevent reoccurrenceEncourage a positive working relationship between departments and teamWhat We're Looking For: Previous duty manager/supervisory experience in hotel/hospitality environment is advantageousKnowledge in Opera Property Management System (PMS) or similarAbility to work independently and take actions on guest requests appropriatelySecond language (e.g., Mandarin or Cantonese) is advantageousFlexible availability to work across a 7-day rosterAbout you: As a seasoned expert in customer service and leadership, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service. With exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude, you're poised to excel in this role.
