About the role We are seeking an experienced, vibrant and dynamic Part Time Front Office Supervisor, that will bring individuality, creativity and passion to a professional and dynamic Front Office Team. Kennigo Hotel is a boutique hotel that features 107 guest rooms, a busy hotel lobby café open 7 days a week and 4 conference rooms. Key responsibilities: Hotel Supervisor where you will be based on the front desk welcoming and bidding farewell to our guests during check in and check out Ensuring our guest's needs are exceeded Managing the day to day operations of the hotel Customer service duties including check ins, check outs and managing any guest enquiries. Ensure policies, procedures, rates and general hotel information are communicated to the team. Be proficient in all front and back office equipment/systems/programs. Cash handling, electronic payments and responding to email/enquiries. Ensuring the health, safety and well-being of all guests during your shift Implement training programs for all front office employees, conduct new employee inductions/onboarding and skills training.
