Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Front Office Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is a 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking a customer-focused and experienced Front Office professional with strong conflict resolution skills to lead and be part of our Front Office Team. This role will see you overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's front office by managing a team of guest service agents, ensuring guest satisfaction, and ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
Experience with Opera PMS is highly regarded.
Key Duties Supervise the Front Office team and ensure all processes are adhered to in line with department procedures. Assist in the training of new front office team members and act as a role model to team members. Provide a high standard of quality service to all guests by responding to all enquiries and issues efficiently.
