Your duties include but are not limited to:Providing a high standard of customer serviceProcessing guest check-ins and outsAccurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accountsCoordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodationSupply guests information regarding property and local areas of interestCompleting the day-to-day office administrationMaintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guestsWhat we look forTo be successful in this role you will have:Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industryPassionate about delivering exceptional Guest experienceProficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking SystemExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle cash transactions accuratelyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailEnthusiastic and positive attitudeFlexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as neededCurrent drivers licence essentialBenefits to YouDiscounted accommodation at over 300 G'day Group holiday parks nationallyDiscounts with our G'day Rewards PartnersService recognition awardsAccess to Employee Assistance ProgramInternal promotions and opportunitiesHow to ApplyAre you an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual looking for a dynamic role in the hospitality industry?
