The Opportunity Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Front Office Receptionist to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering an incredible and memorable guest experience that is just as impressive as our location.

Greet guests, checking them in and out while providing a quality experience. Provide information on local attractions and events. Assist guests with directions around the hotel and in local areas. Build positive relationships with guests, resolving complaints in an effective and courteous manner. Take a proactive, positive, and professional approach to all duties and tasks. More about you Experience in a front office environment. Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster. Knowledge of a hotel property management system such as Opera. Valid and unrestricted driver's license beneficial.
