The RoleDutiesWe are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. Your duties include but are not limited to:
Providing a high standard of customer serviceProcessing guest check-ins and outsAccurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accountsCoordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodationSupply guests information regarding property and local areas of interestCompleting the day-to-day office administrationMaintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guestsAccommodation is not offered with this position, a powered van site may be available at reduced rates.What We Look ForTo be successful in this role you will have:
